Child solicitation suspect appears in court

A Noblesville man facing a child solicitation charge appeared in court in Floyd County on Tuesday. Kevin A. Herod, 19, is facing a Level 5 felony charge of child solicitation with a minor under the age of 14 years old for a series of communications between March 20 and 23 reportedly inciting sex and/or sexual acts from the victim.
