Personals: Spc. 4 Smith has arrived with the U.S. Army in France, according to word received here by his wife. Mrs. Smith and daughter (named) have been in New Albany since June staying with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frakes, and will remain with them until joining her husband in France. Smith has been in the regular army for 11 years and was previously stationed at Fort Leonard Wood MO.
