River News -- Mary Ament for Evansville

Capt. A. Liter's favorite Mary Ament departs at 5 o'clock this afternoon for Evansville and all way landings. She is a new and elegant side-wheel steamer, a rapid traveller, and good carrier. Her cabins are splendidly furnished, her state rooms are large and comfortable, and her tables are the admiration and theme of praise of all who travel on her. Mr. Caffrey, her clerk, is a polite and genial officer. He is assisted by Mrssrs. Billy Liter and A. Banksmith, both correct and accommodating gentlemen, who will take care of the interests of shippers.
