Cora S. Sunk
We learn by private despatches received in this city this morning that the Cora S., bound from Cairo to this port, sunk last evening in five feet water at or near Henderson Island. The Cora S. is owned in this city by Capt. Hicks King, Messrs. Dowerman and Humphrey, and Al. D. Croxall. She was valued at $30,000, and insured for $16,000 in agencies represented in this city. She will be afloat in a few days. We have no particulars of the disaster.
