Arrested for Cow Stealing

Saturday we mentioned the fact of a cow being stolen from Mr. I.P. Lothrop by two notorious young thieves. Since then Wes Waters has been arrested and placed in jail as one of the guilty parties. The other party, young John Thacker, has not yet been captured. The examination of Waters will take place in the city court next Monday.
