Files Suit

Mrs. Elizabeth Dillard, widow of William H. Dillard, has...filed petition for the removal of Edna Dillard as administratrix of her husband's estate. She alleges that the chief assets of the estate is her claim against the Monon Railroad for killing her husband, and that the admnistratrix, though repeatedly urged to do so, has refused to take legal steps for the collection of said claim. Edna Dillard's bondsmen, Peter Hildinger and William Kreutzer, petition to be released from her bond.
