Sunday morning at 7:30 o'clock Mrs. Abagail B. Sowle was found dead in her bed. She was a pioneer of New Albany, and had resided in the same house, No. 134 East Main street, for over forty years. She was the widow of Seabury Sowle, and sister of David Hedden and Mrs. Esther Walker. She was in the 84th years of her age. Her sudden death was caused, the coroner found after an examination, by the infirmities of age. She was the mother of Mr. Charles H., Sheridan H. and Media I. Sowle, and a lady of many amiable traits of character and great kindness of heart.
