New Albany Highland Railway, Sealed Proposals

Bids for grading the New Albany Highland railway will be received at the office of Tuley & Herter until 4 o'clock p.m. Thursday, September 11th, 1890. The grading to include all necessary masonry, sewerage and trestling. Profile of road, plans and specifications can be seen at the office of Edward B. Coolman, civil engineer.
