Dissolution

The copartnership heretofore existing between J. S. Pool., J. L. Kinkead, and Lowery & Rule, is this day dissolved by mutual consent. All claims existing for and against the late firm will be settled [by] J. S. Pool.. J. S. Pool, J. L. Kinkead, Lowery & Rule.. ALSO in this column: To my patrons: The undersigned takes this occasion to inform his numerous patrons, and the public generally, that having assumed the entire management of the establishment known as 'Pool & Co.'s Marble Works,' State-street, near Market, he is now prepared to execute upon the shortest notice and with great neatness, any orders left to his care; and he hopes to receive a continuation of the liberal patronage heretofore bestowed.. He has just received a full and complete supply of Italian and American Marble, of superior quality, from the East. J. S. Pool.
