Building

Workmen are engaged in digging a cellar on the South-east corner of Main and State streets preparatory to the erection of a new building three stories high and nineteen feet wide, by Mr. Jeff. Conner. The walls of the building now standing there will be used. When completed it will be used by Mr. Conner as a dry goods store.
