Man arrested near scene of downtown burglary

Kenneth Miller was arrested on Tuesday morning for allegedly burglarizing the Book & Music Exchange at 201 E. Market St.. Officers were dispatched to investigate an active burglary alarm at about 6 a.m., according to police. When the police arrived at the downtown store, they found a window at the front of the business was broken and several DVD movies and other items were on the ground outside the building. The officers heard a noise coming from the rooftop at 205 East Market and found the suspect allegedly attempting to hide from them
