ISP arrests man allegedly driving with cocaine

Joseph Hughes was stopped by State Police and they found cocaine in his vehicle. Jennifer Hack was stopped by the New Albany Police and they found Clonazepam, heroin and drug related paraphernalia in her vehicle. Matthew Ferguson was arrested for the possession of Alprazolam
