Hill to file for primary Monday

Congressman Baron Hill will make his re-election bid official next week. Hill will file the proper paperwork with the Indiana Secretary of State's office at 2:30 p.m. to make him a candidate for the 9th District U.S. House seat. In past elections, Hill stopped at courthouses in each of the 20 counties represented by the 9th District after filing at the Statehouse; he said he'll expound on why he's not doing that this year during a news conference Monday
