Man selling drugs out of ice cream truck sentenced

A New Albany man accused of dealing hydrocodone out of an ice cream truck near New Albany High School was sentenced Thursday to 15 years -- 11 to serve in prison fand four on probation. Phillip 'Taxi Phil' pleaded guilty last month to class B felony dealing a schedule III controlled suubstance. Photograph accompanies the article
