Floyd County flu infections seem to decrease

Floyd County Health Officer Dr. Tom Harris said the flu isn't picky about when it infects. "People generally assume the flu is a winter-time event, but last year's H1N1 outbreak came in March". While last year's census didn't collect data on how many people were infected with influenza, Harris said this year has been fairly light with reported flu infections
