Library hosts program on Irish food

The NA-FC Public Library will host a program on Irish food, featuring the owner of the Irish Rover, Michael Reidy, at 7 p.m. March 1 in the library's auditorium. Reidy will discuss some of his favorite places in Ireland and will showcase some of the menu items that he and his wife have borrowed from there. There will be samples of Irish soda bread which will be served with an old Irish pub standard, smoked sallmon pate, as well as salmon rillettes
