Innocuous meeting following weeks of uncertainty

Surrounded by questions over the qualifications of some board appointments, uncertainty over the statutory makeup of the board and accused politicization have all been hanging over a group nearly every member says is not accustomed to controversy. But once inside the board of managers meeting, the mood was decidedly different; any motion made during the meeting was unaimously approved.
