Floyd County Royalty

The Floyd County 4-H Queen and Princess were crowned Wednesday evening. The princess is Ashtyn Rayne Houglin, 15, and a freshman at Floyd Central High School. Parents are Kelli and Billy Whaley. Queen is Sierra Rae Midkiff, 22, and a sophomore at Indiana University Southeast. Parents are Sha Londa and Brian Philpott. Both young ladies are from New Albany. (photo).
