Hausfeldt Lane house to be cleaned up

After more than two hours of testimony, it took Senior Judge Richard Striegel only seconds to make a ruling concerning the property at 519 Hausfeldt Lane in New Albany. Striegel ruled that Floyd County can move forward in cleaning up the property, including the house, following an emergency motion hearing in Floyd County Superior Court No. 1 Monday.
