Former school official seeks change of venue

The attorney representing a former Scribner Middle School vice principal facing a felony voyeurism charge has filed a motion for the case to be moved out of Floyd County. Paul E. Raake, 65, was arrested at his home in Palmyra following an investigation launched last fall by Indiana State Police into allegations that he had placed a hidden camera in the boys' locker room at Scribner Middle School.
