State finds city in violation of construction laws

The Indiana state building comissioner has notified New Albany's mayor that the city is not complying with statewide building laws. The letter is not specific about what projects were in violation or what time frame is involved. NA Building Commissioner Eddie Hancock received a copy of the letter, but said he does not know to what, specifically, the state building commissioner is referring.
