Visioning committee to serve as local 'catalyst'

As soon as data is gathered, this committee (gathered together by the Chamber of Commerce) will begin to develop a visionary plan.. The draft will be reviewed by the local community.. The committee will develop a strategic plan for implementing the ideas.. The vision involves government, the community and business.
