School board talks budget

The future of the four recently closed school buildings, the possibility of closing another and ways to generate money were all topics on the table for the second and final day of the school board's retreat Tuesday. Last year the board approved a budget reduction plan that eliminated $5.6 million from the general fund, while closing four elementary schools, reducing administrators and more.
