Breakwater Rebuild

On February 25, fire ladders extended over the site of a budding New Albany luxury apartment as it was ravaged by wind-fanned flames. Cranes have since taken the place of ladders, hovering over the $26.5-million, two-building Breakwater complex as construction crews rebuild from the ashes left behind. See article for more.
