We regret to learn that William E. Hall, one of theproprietors of the Fair Grounds near this city, and who was badly scalded by the explosion of the boilers of the steamer Gen. Lytle, expired this morning at the Fair Grounds Hotel. He was a man highly esteemed by all who enjoyed his acquaintance. He suffered terribly from his injuries before death put an end to his pain.. The funeral will take place to-morrow, Tuesday at 9 1/2 o'clock, A.M. from the residence of the deceased, at the Fair Grounds. The friends of the family are invited to attend.].
