Ekin ave. impassable after a rain

The north side of Ekin avenue for about 200 feet east of the residence of Mr. Rockenbach is impassable after a rain. The dirt from the high lots is washed down and the sidewalk covered from one to six inches with mud. The owners of the abutting lots are amply able to make the necessary repairs. The nuisance has existed for several years and it is time it was abated.
