The businesses at the Underground Station in New Albany all are supposed to feed off each other: A customer at Body and Brow Boutique might make a trip to Aladdin's Cafe after their appointment to grab a bite to eat. Maybe they'll stop by Dream Boutique afterward to buy a new dress. Bryan Batliner, the owner of Top Shelf Tactical, a gun store that opened in the Bank Street business hub in April, initially wondered how his shop would fit into that dynamic. The answer?
